HGV Driver 7.5T / Class 2 – Spider is advertising on behalf of East Anglia's largest home furnishings department store for an HGV Driver 7.5T / Class 2 to join their team permanent, full-time basis, covering East Anglia, primarily based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

About the Role:
Join them as a full-time, HGV Driver 7.5T / Class 2, you will be working in tandem with a partner to complete removal work and deliveries across East Anglia. This role involves the careful handling of valuable furniture, contributing to our reputation for excellence in service delivery. Working hours from 8am-5.30pm, which are set hours, overtime when necessary. Weekend availability on occasion and no shift work.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate an HGV vehicle safely and efficiently
- Collaborate effectively within a two-person crew
- Handle and transport valuable furniture with care
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly approach
- Maintain an organised and detail-oriented work environment
About You:
You are a motivated individual with a valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record, who thrives in a team setting. While Class 2 driving skills are preferred, they are not essential as we provide full training. Your ability to lift heavy items is complemented by excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanour that enhances customer interactions.
