The role
the chef de partie will run a section in the kitchen, cooking fresh food at a great standard. you will do the prep for your fridge, ensure your fridge is ready for service and cook in service. you will ensure the food hitting the pass is to a great standard. this role will include all the normal chef de partie duties

We are looking for a chef de partie with a fresh food background, great knife skills and able to work in a busy kitchen.
