Location: Bury St Edmunds

Remuneration: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Hours: 08:30am-17:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager on behalf of our well established client in Bury St Edmunds. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting new customers and ensuring their satisfaction while utilising their platforms and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively meet and liaise with clients to understand their objectives and goals, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the central point of contact for multi-branch customers, maximising their sales opportunities and utilising available budgets.
  • Set financial targets and develop strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue growth and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage projects for new accounts and ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback, resolving any issues and enhancing their training experience.
  • Promote the brand and products, building trust and aiding product design and development.

What are we looking for?

  • Possess excellent communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, critical thinking, coaching and mentoring capabilities, and team-building expertise.
  • Previous Account Management experience.
  • A passion for Marketing, and a great commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Office/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams.
  • A full driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK.
