Sales Manager -Office Based – Lead a High-Performing Team!We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to oversee a dedicated team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service standards across the board.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales team
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer and internal issues
  • Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency
  • Generate monthly performance reports
  • Cultivate a positive, proactive team culture
  • Train and Lead cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
  • Maximise cold and warm calling opportunities with the Sales team
