Sonic Summary
- Salary: Competitive around £50K
- Experience required: Relevant qualifications and experience with utilities equipment preferred
- Responsibilities include fault-finding on site utilities, regular services, and maintenance
- Working hours: 6-2/2-10 Monday-Friday

Familiarity with boilers, AHUs, air compressors, and water treatment systems is ideal, though there is scope for development in these areas.
Key Requirements:
- Electrical bias with relevant qualifications.
- Experience with utilities equipment (Boilers, AHUs, air compressors, water treatment) preferred.
- Proactive, positive attitude and strong team player.
- Good health & safety knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- fault-find on site utilities and repair.
- Carry out regular services to sit utilities, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain internal and external facilities and building fabric.
- Ensure the safety of yourself and colleagues always.
Details:
- 6-2/2-10 Monday-Friday
