They are seeking a knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor to undertake the full range of surveys across domestic and local authority sites. You will be required to travel across: Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Diss, Ipswich, Felixstowe, Colchester, Sudbury, Braintree, Saffron Walden, Cambridge, Newmarket, Thetford, Ely, Norwich, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, Wroxham, Fakenham, Kings Lynn, Clacton-on-Sea, Mildenhill, Sandringham, Watton.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited firm
- Will hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
- Conversant in UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
- Good written ability
- IT literate
The Role:
- Undertaking thorough Asbestos surveys across a range of domestic and local authority client sites
- Writing comprehensive survey reports to record findings and recommendations
- Safely collecting ACM samples from site
- Meeting with clients on site to discuss requirements
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Travelling in line with company requirements
