We are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Day to day of the role:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a market-driven sales strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Identify new methods and opportunities for innovative sales campaigns.
  • Deliver promotions and offers to customers as part of sales initiatives, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development with measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the environmental sector is a plus, but not essential.
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
