The ideal candidate will be familiar with managing a workshop that specialises in bespoke fabrication and managing a team of reliable senior staff to deliver to the highest standard for their client base.
THE ROLE:
- Oversee the fabrication of a range of distillery equipment
- Plan the installation and fabrication of equipment across the UK
- Deliver and build of the equipment on the clients sites across the UK
- Manage a team of three welders and fabricators
THE PERSON:
- Workshop management experience
- Fabrication / Welding background
- Commutable distance to Stanton Bury St Edmunds
