Main duties:

The primary aim of this role is to be the main internal contact point for the business for both customers and staff. This is a crucial role and provides a very varied work load managing the day-to-day customer contact from point of quotation/order right through to point of dispatch. The role also involves dealing with and rectifying any logistical issues that may arise, create and monitor customer credit accounts, take payments for orders and offer support to both the internal and external sales team. The role will also include organising and tracking customer returns and maintaining our ongoing high standard of customer service.
