Temporary Administrator - Bury St Edmunds

Pay: £12.50 an hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday (08.00AM - 16.30PM) Friday (08:00AM - 12.30PM)

We are recruiting for an Administrator! This is an excellent opportunity to join gain experience and development in fast growing International business. As an Administration Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the customer service team by efficiently and accurately entering customers' orders into the in-house system. Your exceptional data entry skills will ensure that orders are processed promptly, enabling smooth operations for our client's manufacturing process.

What you'll do:

  • Utilise your data entry expertise to enter customers' orders into the in-house system.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders.
  • Maintain order records and update the system with relevant information.
  • Work with the team to develop more efficient processes.
  • Assist in resolving customer queries related to their orders.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in data entry, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and data entry software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
