- Take incoming calls from customers, tenants and engineers and action in a timely manner
- Take down orders accurately while on the telephone, ensuring that all the necessary information has been captured accurately to process the booking.
- Administer emails relating to Customer Services in a timely manner.
- Deal with internal and external queries and tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers, tenants, agents and engineers, with any queries or complaints.
- Fully understand the products on offer and the pricing thereof and be able to guide and converse with customers and make informed decisions of which product or service will suit the customer best.
- Complete monthly order renewal process by emailing to customers.
- Provide support to the business by covering other Customer Service desks when colleagues are on leave or have other absences.
- Excellent telephone manner

- Hours of Work: 9:00am to 5:30pm – 1 Hour unpaid lunch
- Salary £23,500
