Customer Service Coordinator £25,000-£26,000Full time, Monday – FridayTemp-to-permBury St Edmunds On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their welcoming team. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a customer service environment, excellent administrative skills and will demonstrate strong communication skills.The chosen candidate will be supporting the sales team, dealing with customers (both internal and external) to ensure that a consistently high level of service is provided. Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the sales team to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Dealing with customers and clients via telephone calls and emails
  • Ensuring that outstanding customer service is demonstrated throughout each working day
  • Dealing with orders, returns, sales, and after sales service
  • Dealing with both internal and external customers
  • Handling general administrative duties where required
Key Skills:
  • Previous experience within customer service
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills
  • Works well as part of a team, however, is also able to use own initiative and be self-disciplined
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to acknowledge and deal with frequently asked questions
