Your new roleThis is a newly created Customer Services Consultant job joining a vibrant and experienced customer service team. Duties include but not limited to:
- Providing efficient and professional customer service.
- Supporting the sales team and the after-sales service team.
- Working on Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and Salesforce.
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers.
- Dealing with all aspects of customer service (prices, orders, returns, complaints, after-sales service).
What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job you will need to be:
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature.
- Strong influencing skills and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid team working skills
- Proven experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
- Strong customer communication skills
