Your new roleThis is a newly created Customer Services Consultant job joining a vibrant and experienced customer service team. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Providing efficient and professional customer service.
  • Supporting the sales team and the after-sales service team.
  • Working on Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and Salesforce.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers.
  • Dealing with all aspects of customer service (prices, orders, returns, complaints, after-sales service).

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this job you will need to be:

  • Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature.
  • Strong influencing skills and effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid team working skills
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong customer communication skills
