We are very pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a company in the automotive industry based in Bury St Edmunds. They are currently seeking an experience and professional Service Advisor to join their busy, expanding team.
Key Duties:
- Advising customers on technical queries/issues
- Arranging bookings for work to be carried out
- Advising and selling additional work found during vehicle inspections
- Finalising and invoicing the customer and collecting payments
As you will be dealing with third parties and interacting with customers on a constant basis you must be well spoken, well presented and should have gained at least 2-3 years recent experience gained from within a similar role.
You must have a pro-active approach to sales, but also comprehend and believe in the importance of delivering an exceptional service to all customers and associates.
Please be advised a full, clean driving license is essential for this role
