The role offers a salary between £23,000 and £25,000 per annum, with an OTE of approximately £29,000.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers about service work, producing job cards, and advising on repair costs.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive reputable main dealer who are currently recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bury St Edmunds area.Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Benefits within this Trainee Service Advisor role include:

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 basic per annum | OTE £29,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rotational basis

Their minimum requirements for a Trainee Service Advisor are as follows:

Strong customer service skills – experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is advantageous
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Trainee Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
