We are recruiting for an assistant store manager for a well established retailer, specialising in menswear, ladieswear, accessories and homeware, for their store based in Bury St Edmunds. The company was created in 1985 and continue to grow in strength within shops and concessions in the UK and internationally. Are you a current assistant store manager or a supervisor ready for the next step to an assistant store manager?
The role of assistant store manager will be responsible for driving sales; by leading the team and supporting them to achieve KPIs targets. It is about the customer journey for this company and you will create a positive retail atmosphere in the shop, which is focused on delivering results.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in retail management with a drive for sales. You’ll be passionate about retail and fashion with determination to succeed. You will be a strong people manager, inspiring and supporting others with your passion and expertise.
The role offers a salary of £26,000 plus a quarterly bonus and many benefits including healthcare, life assurance, generous holiday allowance, 50% staff discount, uniform, company pension contribution.
