Rthirteen are supporting a growing business within the travel sector, in their search for a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to join their team. Within this varied role, your main focus will be on identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities, driving marketing activities and using data analytics to improve the success of campaigns & user experience.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Bury St Edmunds. You will be working 37.5 hours per week with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Part-time hours could be considered. The offered salary for this role is up to £50,000 depending on experience plus bonus - OTE £60,000.

Duties to include:

  • Running performance marketing campaigns, including paid search/social.
  • Data monitoring key areas for all brands across all geographies.
  • Using GA4, Google/Meta Ad Managers to assess success of marketing campaigns.
  • Seeking improvement of the User Experience, A/B testing results and refining.
  • Managing a small marketing team.
  • Leading meetings, delivering updates, insights, weekly/monthly reports.

You will have/be:

  • Proven experience within an ecommerce business.
  • Strong marketing experience including paid search/social/SEO and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with customer acquisition and customer retention initiatives.
  • Proficient in data tools such as GA4, Google/Meta Ad Manager, Excel.
  • Creative thinker, with experience improving campaigns/customer experience.
  • Strong organisational and team leadership skills.
