The position is with a large and fast growing utilities organisation based at their head offices. They are highly regarded (and have won national awards) for the training and progression available.
The role would combine providing electrical design from LV to 33kV & technical support to the business, with management of a Design team (up to 6 people),.
The Role
- Full time permanent role with a large national utility infrastructure business
- Hands on electricity utility network design work from LV up to 33kV
- Team Lead a small design time-up to 6 staff
- Undertake Network demand calculations and design Points of Connection (POCs)
The Person:
- Electrical Engineering HNC or degree, or relevant working experience
- Experience in designing electricity distribution networks
- Knowledge of Construction and Design Regulations relating to the sector
- UK driving licence
