Part-time Senior AdministratorBury St. Edmunds, Suffolk(Part -time 0930 to 1500, 1hr lunch break, Monday - Thursday with Wednesday home working)

  • We are a boutique executive search firm, focusing on the legal sector. We work for clients nationally and some internationally.
  • We are looking for a pro-active and flexible administrator, who ideally has had experience in professional services, to assist with a variety of tasks to support the recruitment consultants in the team, as well as the business from an operational perspective.
  • Experience of social media marketing would be helpful but not essential.
  • Full training will be offered.

Key tasks include:

  • Supporting the team on advertising strategy, using legal centric job boards as well as utilising social media platforms.
  • Supporting consultants with resourcing for retained search projects.
  • Running team meetings with the MD.
  • Running weekly vacancies overview meetings with the consultants and all associated administration
  • Assisting with marketing and marketing strategy.

Additional tasks include:

  • Occasionally reviewing applications (with guidance).
  • Sending invoices and tracking payment dates (low volume).
  • HR - some "soft touch" responsibility, which would include being involved in managing team holiday, typing up appraisals, keeping the staff handbook up to date.
  • Monitoring Diversity and Testimonials feedback.
  • Events - support with organising a small number of events.
  • Managing Job Board contracts and be the main point of contact.
  • Facilities support e. water cooler, cleaning contract, utilities.
  • General support to the MD with ad hoc tasks.
