- Support in providing management reports to agreed deadlines with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ownership of month end activities and supporting Group reporting requirements. Prepare and upload month end transactions in line with all Group policies and procedures.
- Monthly headcount uploads, including reconciliations with HR data and commentary on movements versus last month and latest forecast.
- Assist with Global quarterly forecasts and annual budgets based on Group timetable. This will include meetings with internal stakeholders, data uploads and bridging variances.
- Prepare and maintain robust reporting models for company departments.
- Analyse variances and provide commentary, including risks & opportunities, in a clear and timely fashion.
