Venn Group is seeking a Finance Lead for a Housing Association in Suffolk.
The position is part-time, requiring 22.5 hours per week, with a salary ranging from £48,000 to £51,000 pro rata.
Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and the annual statutory accounts process, as well as producing monthly management accounts.
Candidates must be qualified accountants with experience in social housing and familiarity with Xero, along with strong stakeholder management and line management skills.

Role:

Lead on the budgeting, forecasting and modelling
Lead annual statutory accounts process
Produce monthly management accounts
Business partner with all stakeholders, ensuring information is understood and queries are managed

Experience:

Qualified Accountant
Experience working within Social Housing
Systems – Xero
Stakeholder management
Effective line management skills
