Are you the right person for the job?
- 9+ years of experience in planning (public or private sector)
- Chartered Member of the RTPI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- A collaborative team player who can work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality planning outcomes
What will your role look like?
- Lead and manage planning projects across a range of sectors, from private individuals to national housebuilders
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Provide expert planning advice and guidance to support both urban and rural developments
- Ensure all proposals align with planning regulations and client goals
- Opportunity to mentor junior members of the team
