P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients who are currently recruiting for a Agricultural Management Consultantto join their team based in Bury St Edmunds on a full time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing management and strategic advice to an established, diverse range of Estates and Farming clients throughout the East and Southeast of England.
  • Identifying diversification projects.
  • Developing your own portfolio through the newly created Future Farming Resilience Fund
  • Utilising some of the most progressive tools in the industry to dig deeper into your clients’ opportunities.
  • Preparing financial evidence on which to base your advice
  • Researching and advising on rural grant funding and subsidy schemes
  • Benchmarking business performance and provision of associate advice
  • Liaising with professional, industry stakeholders

Person Specification:

  • Somebody who understands business management.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Farming knowledge.
  • Completed a degree.
