To work with existing customers through telephone & digital communications to meet and exceed customer and company expectations.
Be I.T Literate (word, exel, in house software (full training given)
Good communication skills for day-to-day operations, within team, drivers and clients.
Good geographical knowledge.

The Ideal Candidate
1 Years Transport Office Experience (or relevant exp.
Self-motivated, pro-active, adaptable and professional attitude.
Good communicator both for client engagement and colleague working relationships.
Confident IT skills, Exel/Word and in house software
Ability to multi-task in a time efficient and professional manner.
Team player, who gets involved with the day-to-day operational challenges for desired end results.
Full training and support given.
