Day To Day Supply Cover Supervisor Job - Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding areas

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team in Bury St Edmunds on a day to day and longer term supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for the flexibility of supply work or someone new to the education sector who is looking to find their first step on the ladder for education work. Working predominately across Bury we have some fantastic schools in the area, we also work with schools further afield across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire for further opportunities.

This role does not require a formal teaching qualification however we do require that you have experience working with young people in a formal setting such as sports coaching, youth group, church or a similar environment.

Requirements:

  • QTS / QTLS is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a similar role working with young people in any sector
  • Familiarity with the UK curriculum
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Please note these are flexible supply roles however we are able to offer guaranteed work agreements following the conclusion of a probationary period
