Job Title: HR Administrator

Salary: up to £30,000 p.a.

Hours: Full time, hybrid (2 days office based)

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Support managers in hiring top talent by helping to coordinate the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance and correct procedures are adhered to and recorded
  • Handle new starter equipment set up and organise inductions
  • Manage online learning initiatives
  • Maintain training records and making sure training requirements are met
  • Work with managers to oversee employee well-being and holiday planning
  • Utilising and assisting with the Employee Assistance Programme
  • Track and manage company equipment to ensure staff have everything they need to fulfil their job role
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers to maintain IT support and security compliance
  • Any ad-hoc HR Administration duties requested by the Head of People and Culture

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong administration experience in all areas
  • Ambitious with low ego
  • Disciplined and structured, able to work to deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft and Google systems
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ideally some experience in compliance including audits
  • Passionate and people and culture
