Job Title: HR Administrator
Salary: up to £30,000 p.a.
Hours: Full time, hybrid (2 days office based)
Location: Bury St Edmunds

Main areas of responsibility:
- Support managers in hiring top talent by helping to coordinate the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance and correct procedures are adhered to and recorded
- Handle new starter equipment set up and organise inductions
- Manage online learning initiatives
- Maintain training records and making sure training requirements are met
- Work with managers to oversee employee well-being and holiday planning
- Utilising and assisting with the Employee Assistance Programme
- Track and manage company equipment to ensure staff have everything they need to fulfil their job role
- Liaise with 3rd party providers to maintain IT support and security compliance
- Any ad-hoc HR Administration duties requested by the Head of People and Culture
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Strong administration experience in all areas
- Ambitious with low ego
- Disciplined and structured, able to work to deadlines
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft and Google systems
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ideally some experience in compliance including audits
- Passionate and people and culture
