As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Guide customers through the car buying process, explaining features, financing options, and answering queries.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and provide detailed information on cars, including performance, features, and technical specifications.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used car sales, finance packages, and additional products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate prices and trade-in values, ensuring profitability for the dealership while remaining competitive in the market.
- Finalise sales agreements, ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, and oversee the delivery process
- Stay up to date on current inventory, new car models, and promotions
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, including answering questions and resolving any concerns.
- Address any complaints or issues that arise during the sales process in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales logs, and inventory information.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, legal requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive brands, models, and trends.
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to work towards targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
