Senior Sales Advisor£25,000-£27,000 DOEMonday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 (Days off will be Sunday and one day in the week)Permanent On behalf of our client based just outside of Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Senior Sales Advisor to join their small but friendly and welcoming team as they expand! The successful candidate will have previous experience within a sales/customer service position and have excellent communication, organisational skills. Experience within the luxury goods market is desirable along with experience in the use of CRM systems. Due to the location of the role, a driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.Main duties:
  • Answering incoming sales calls
  • Supporting the Showroom Manager
  • Provide excellent customer service whilst guiding the customer throughout the sales process- this involves technical advice, design advice and resolving customer queries
  • Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
  • Support the sales team in managing any issues quickly and effectively to limit disruption to the customer Journey.
  • Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors
  • Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
  • Arranging samples to be dispatched
  • Problem resolution
  • Guide the sales team in closing sales
  • Assist with new starter inductions and training
 Key Skills:
  • Experience in a sales environment
  • Experience in the luxury goods market (desirable)
  • Knowledge of interiors (desirable)
  • Extremely well organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Enthusiastic and hands on – this is a busy, fast-paced company
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire those around you
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communicator
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Must have experience in using a CRM
  • Familiar with Microsoft office
