Refrigeration Engineer Wanted!
Our client is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to join their team permanently. The Refrigeration Engineer will work in both commercial and industrial environments and must have previous experience servicing and maintaining refrigeration. The Refrigeration Engineer will be working for a fantastic organisation growing and developing further across the UK, with a company van and fuel card provided.
Key Responsibilities for the Refrigeration Engineer:
- Carry out day-to-day management of sub-contractors, ensuring they meet requirements and quality standards
- Carry out service, repair, and maintenance visits to various sites
- Respond to unplanned breakdown calls
- Suggest options for improving performance and energy-saving methods from site visits
- Attend sites to oversee and assist in installation work
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met
- Ensure reporting paperwork is completed daily to maintain compliance with H&S requirements
Skills Required for the Refrigeration Engineer:
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Electrical qualification
- F-Gas Refrigeration Handling Qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in refrigeration service and repair
- Conversant with current Health and Safety requirements
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised and under pressure
