About the role

As a Teaching Assistant working with SEN pupils, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people with a diagnosis of Autism. This is a role that goes beyond helping out in a classroom, you will need to be prepared for every day to be a different and unique challenge. This could include aspects such as active outside learning, 1:1 work, emotional support and even the opportunity to take pupils outside of school on trips. This is a role that offers flexible working days, so you can have the opportunity to work when is best for you!

About the school

We work with a range of SEND schools throughout Cambridge who offer a specialised curriculum to each individual pupil to best suit their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of each day. They offer regular training sessions to staff to help develop a positive team ethos and always increasing knowledge and awareness around a variety of subjects.

Salary

£415 to £465 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • To have relevant training or qualifications
