Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Working one-on-one or in small groups with students who need extra help
Encouraging students confidence and participation in classroom activities
Assisting with classroom management and preparing learning materials
Providing pastoral care and promoting a positive learning environment

What Were Looking For:
Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
