My client are a high end residential developer, they operate in the Anglia region they are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a private housing development in Bury St Edmunds

Essential Experience:

  • Property new build sales experience
  • A proven sale track record

Day to day duties:

  • Being the main point of contact for the development dealing with customers enquiry's
  • Selling from the portfolio of the properties on the development
  • Conducting viewings and showing the customer the whole experience of the development
  • Ensuring good house keeping in the sales and marketing suite
  • Qualifying the customer to ensure they are eligible for the Shared Ownership Scheme
  • Negotiating offers with the assistance of the sales management team
  • Dealing with the customer through the whole of the sales process
  • Hosting events
