Our client is a leading enterprise software solution provider, as a People Experience Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting our People and Operations team, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance across their global operations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the Head of People and Culture in managing the employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Ensure the new starters have a smooth onboarding process, coordinating with line managers and teams to complete this in a timely manner.
  • Manage e-learning initiatives across the organisation, maintaining a training matrix to ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Work closely with managers to ensure staff welfare, including vacation management and effective use of our Employee Assist Programme.
  • Refine and communicate our employee value proposition to retain and empower staff, managing rewards and special occasions.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and Health and Safety regulations, conducting necessary administration and training.
  • Assist in asset management, ensuring all equipment is tracked and accounted for.
  • Collaborate with third-party IT support providers to ensure compliance and adequate support levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven communication skills at all levels.
  • Exemplary time management skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft or Google systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously, improving processes.
  • Experience in conducting audits for ISO and knowledge of other legal compliances.
  • Strong support skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
