I am seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a business based in Suffolk, with hands on experience within generalist HR activities as well as proven track record of driving change.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing all round HR advice across the business,
  • Working closley with the senior leadership team on HR strategy
  • Utilising and working with HR data on a daily basis for reporting as well as business wide decision making
  • Influencing and driving positive change throughout the business regarding growth, contractual changes, policies and much more

As the HR Manager, you will have the following experience:

  • 3+ years working as a HR people manager role
  • Generalist HR background within HR operations, ER, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, projects and data
  • Ideally from a service led or regulated industry
