About the Company:

We are collaborating with a leading European business based in Ipswich, renowned for its innovative approach and dynamic work environment. They are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join their team and drive excellence in both support and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage and lead a support team to ensure the highest levels of service and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement delivery strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status and performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing both support and delivery functions within a technical environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
