Role: IT Systems & Applications Manager
Location: Bury, St Edmunds (3 days a week)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits

  • Deliver a robust, secure and best practice IT systems and application function
  • To work with colleagues to provide a superb customer experience across digital platforms
  • To provide colleagues with fully functioning, efficient and effective IT systems, predominantly supporting our Accord and Qlik ERP and reporting systems
  • To deliver great customer experience across e-Commerce and trading platforms, webshops and apps
  • Managing interfaces into these systems and effectively servicing the business operation
  • To ensure all platforms are kept up-to-date, secure and in line with our standards
  • To action changes as and when required to meet the company's or external legislative demands
  • To ensure compliance with all GDPR obligations across the IT function and wider business

To simplify, modify and improve all systems and applications, using cost-effective solutions.

  • Confidence and experience in Business Applications, for example;
  • SAGE, SAP Business One, Accord
  • E-Commerce applications such as Magento and associated applications
  • SQL Knowledge
  • Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel
  • BI Knowledge would be an advantage
  • Strong Business Process Understanding
  • Supply Chain
  • Warehouse
  • Sales Order Processing
