- Creation of job files and input in to the Company data system
- Checking of file documentation
- Origin / destination Customs clearance entry
- Monitoring of shipment progress and system updating
- Customer liaison
- Collection, delivery scheduling & Job sheet creation
- Job confirmations and generation of job sheet instructions
- Supplier rate negotiations
- Purchase invoice authorisations
- Sales invoicing
- Profit & loss monitoring & calculations
- Previous administrative experience required
- Ability and initiative to implement own processes where required
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
