With a reputation for excellent customer service and a commitment to staying at the forefront of technology, they are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Assist with setting up new client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Respond to technical issues within SLAs and escalate complex problems as necessary.
- Keep detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing proactive support and clear communication.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritisetasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
