Become a key part of a dynamic workshop as a Mechanical Fitter, contributing to a skilled team tackling diverse and challenging projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your practical skills in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
We're looking for candidates with solid experience in assembly and fitting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Due to the location of the site, having your own transport is essential
Mechanical Fitter Duties:
- Fabricate and install parts for heavy goods vehicles
- Use hand and power tools effectively
- Weld joints and sections securely
- Perform heavy lifting and stand throughout the day
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Pay & Hours:
- Flexible working hours between 7am and 5pm
- Monday to Friday, 40-hour working week
- 15+ p/hour, depending on experience
