  • Assisting senior associates and partners on cases, while managing own matters under supervision
  • Delivering high-quality, commercial advice to businesses and individuals
  • Handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
  • Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, and policies and procedures
  • Assisting on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, List of Issues, and correspondence with the Tribunal
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree classification
Desirable Experience:
  • Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE
  • Advising on and enforcing post-termination restrictions
  • Experience advising clients from various sectors
  • Business development, including networking
  • Presentation skills
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to manage own caseload and assist others in the Employment team
  • Financial housekeeping
  • Conduct client meetings both in person and remotely
  • Assess legal issues, conduct research, and provide cost and scope advice
  • Draft documents and letters of advice
  • Stay up to date with law and practice developments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
