The role will cover all aspects of residential property including re-mortgages, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership, registered and unregistered land as well as freehold and leasehold matters. THE CANDIDATE:Open to hearing from experienced Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who have a strong track record in covering the broad remit of residential property from initial instruction through to completion.
