Our establised Law client is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join their busy team.

our client established Law firm who have been providing expert advice for over 90 years.

JThe role

The Role: - Reporting into the Fee Earner, you will be expected to provide support assist them with managing a full case load and matters including-

  • Basic knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process to include post completion work would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Assist with new client enquiries and open files using our case management system
  • Prepare draft contract packages, all searches, exchange, and completion letters.
  • Support Solicitors to progress transactions proactively with all key parties in the process.
  • Handle client queries on the phone and in person, providing such support in a professional and friendly manner.
