I am working alongside a large and established UK Law firm who are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal to join their Lifetime Planning team, handling Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters.The firm have some unbeatable benefits available, including unlimited paid annual leave and free parking at all of their offices.Key Responsibilities of Wills and Probate Paralegal:

  • Liaise with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face on behalf of lawyers, handling queries and taking instructions.
  • Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of cases, including invoicing, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Attend client meetings to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions.

Requirements for Wills and Probate Paralegal:
