Job Opportunity: Subcontract Gas Service & Repair Engineers (Ipswich & Bury St Edmunds)

Our Client, a leading Heating Contractor, is actively seeking skilled Gas Service & Repair Subcontract Engineers to join their team for a Social Housing Contract.

Role: Gas Service & Repair Engineer (Self-Employed Sub-Contractor) minimum 5days per week

Engineers are paid a retention rate/ guaranteed pay for 8 jobs per day. Any jobs completed after 8 jobs will be paid additionally.

Coverage Areas:
- Ipswich (Bury St Edmunds and Surrounding)

Requirements:
-Own Van
-Gas Safe Registration
-Public Liability Insurance
-Calibrated Analyser
-Clean DBS

Experience: Ideally, candidates should have 3+ years' experience in Gas servicing & repairs, particularly within a Social Housing setting.

Call out is also required every 1 in 6/7 weeks (flexible rota) £40.00 standby rate paid also per day + price per job.

Earnings: Contractors in this role typically earn between £1,000 and £1,300 per week. Payments are made one week in arrears every Friday.

Selection Process: Candidates will undergo a multiple-choice test as part of the interview process, followed by online training.
