We are working with a fantastic company based in Mildenhall who are looking for Manufacturing Manager to work in their new factory. You will be responsible for overseeing the production process at a manufacturing facility to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget. The role involves managing production staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Technical Skills - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and quality control systems.
  • Problem-Solving - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Project Management - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Hard-working, positive and a flexible attitude to work
