the role.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established general engineering company with a particular emphasis on pipefitting, welding and fabrication as a Project Engineer. You will initially be looking after one major client and designing their projects from start to finish. Yo9u will of course be involved with other ad hoc projects too.
Day to day you will be:
- Conducting site visits
- Producing material and job costings ready for quotations
- Attending planning and H S meetings
- Ordering materials required
- Monitor the budget of projects as they progress
- Monitor and record quality assessments on completed works

what were looking for.
You will need to have a good level of education in Engineering and background knowledge of welding, fabrication and pipe fitting and of course excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You must be able to measure and survey with very high accuracy and be able to understand drawings. Good IT skills are a must and experience with MS project would be an advantage.
