Position – Fitters

Salary - £24 - £28PH

Location – Bury St Edmunds

Hours 7am – 5pm (12 WEEK CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

• Installation of platform and equipment within food manufacturing
• Install and assemble machinery according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues for smooth operation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous experience within site steel erection.
• Forklift license would be desirable.
