Supporting the sales team and Technicians, you will be working within a friendly and dynamic team, supporting the sales team with administration support, preparing quotations and maintaining an up to date customer database. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Producing sales quotations, assisting with contracts and creating presentations
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records
  • Coordinating sales meetings and appointments
  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing product information
  • Monitoring and tracking sales activities
  • Preparing sales reports
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies
 Key Skills Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Full Driving licenceExcellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitaskBenefits
