We're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in driving inbound traffic, increasing brand visibility, and generating quality leads through innovative social media strategies.

As our Marketing & Social Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing digital campaigns, and using your expertise to maximise engagement across all major platforms. Your goal will be to attract, nurture, and convert followers into leads, fueling the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Inbound Traffic & Lead Generation

You will create and implement a focused social media strategy that attracts high-quality leads and drives traffic to our website, using analytics tools to continuously optimise performance.

Social Media Management

You’ll manage and grow our brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while staying updated on trends to maximize audience engagement and reach.

Content Creation & Campaign Management

You will collaborate with teams to develop impactful content and run multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement, constantly tracking and optimizing performance.

Brand Management

You’ll ensure our messaging is consistent across all platforms and maintain our brand’s reputation by responding to reviews, mentions, and social media interactions.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

You will work closely with sales and commercial teams to refine strategies, identify new marketing opportunities through research, and lead the execution of events and exhibitions to promote our brand.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in driving inbound traffic and generating leads through effective social media and marketing strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills with an eye for engaging storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track performance and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen sense of brand voice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or social media management role.
