Join our industry-leading team as a Yard Operative and play a crucial role in our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and organisation in the workplace.
Day-to-day of the role:- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workshop and yard areas, ensuring they are free from hazards.
- Store tools and equipment correctly and securely.
- Ensure all equipment leaving the depot is pressure cleaned and refuelled, ready for customer use.
- Accurately update fuel logs and other maintenance records.
- Support colleagues and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing additional tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a labourer role, preferably within a hire depot or yard environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- CSCS card, forklift licence is a preferable but not essential.
- Full Driving License
